Loan Analysis and Asset Valuation – Asset analysis, valuation and the ability to present information effectively are key elements to a successfully sale.  JBS has a stellar industry-wide reputation for providing detailed valuations based on collateral and current value.

Targeted Marketing  - JBS has an extensive network of well capitalized and active debt buyers with whom we have developed trusted relationships throughout our 25 years in the market.  Our investors are prescreened and have the proven ability to bid and close.  Each sale is marketed to select investors based on buying preferences (loan type, loan quality, geographical location, etc.).

Due Diligence Technology – A digital pioneer during the RTC, JBS continues to improve the efficiency of due diligence.  We index loan files for ease of document retrieval and deliver information to investors via CD-ROM and/or our online due diligence engine, LOOP (Loan Online Offering Platform).  Our level of expertise in due diligence enables investors to submit confident, consistent bids during each sale.

Purchase Agreements and Expedited Closings - Loans are sold “as is, where is” with limited representations and warranties.  Bids are submitted on client-approved purchase agreements and winning bidders send deposits to our escrow account within 24 hours.  JBS manages all closing details including funds transfer, file transfer and assignments.
